Instructions
To ensure a smooth process and timely delivery of your Custom Song Book, please follow these instructions while filling out the template and submitting your content:
- No Emojis in Text and No Collages
- Language: English
- Exactly 17 photos are required (portrait mode). Please submit images in .PNG or .JPG format via WhatsApp or email (atrillionsmiles@gmail.com). You can share 7–10 short messages as well.
- Please provide your content within 48 hours to ensure timely delivery. Delays in submission will push the delivery timeline forward accordingly.
- The order of photos/pages in Song Books cannot be customized. The layout is completely fixed, so requests for specific sequencing of photos, photo-specific messages or alternative designs cannot be accommodated.
- Designing will begin only after we receive the song link, all photos and messages. Please send your content within 24 hours to ensure timely delivery. Delayed submissions will extend the delivery timeline. Post submission, designing may take up to 7–10 days.
- You will receive one draft for approval, where you can request up to 2-3 changes (text/image swapping only). If there are more than 3 changes or extensive modifications, additional charges will apply.
Following these guidelines will help us create a perfect Song Book for you while ensuring a seamless process.
Can we increase the number of pages?
Our Custom Song Book comes in a fixed format with a set number of pages to keep it pocket-friendly and quick to deliver. At the moment, adding extra pages isn’t possible.
