PRIVACY POLICY

 

A Trillion Smiles is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We recognize your need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information that you share with us.

When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and other details to process and fulfil your order. This will be used only for the service you have bought and would not be, under any circumstances, passed on to any other commercial purpose. A Trillion Smiles will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Although we track the total number of visitors to each of our sites in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our sites, personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process. Any cookie technology (where our servers deposit special codes on a visitor's computer) will only be used to track non-personal information such as type of browser, operating system, and domain names to improve our visitor's online experience.

For personalised products such as custom magazines, newspapers, frames, and similar items that may contain photographs or personal content, A Trillion Smiles respects and prioritises your privacy. We do not share or post such orders on our social media platforms or marketing channels without obtaining prior consent from the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

At A Trillion Smiles, we partner with TrackOn, DTDC, and Delivery for domestic shipping.​

​​

Please note that the processing time for all items is 7-15 days and the delivery time with standard shipping is 4-10 business days. The shipping timeline will differ in case of corporate and bulk orders. The standard shipping charge starts from INR90 across India.

​

Tracking details are updated to your order once it has been shipped from our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to reflect accurately on the courier partner’s website.

​

In the event that the delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or not easily accessible, or if we are unable to reach the customer due to an incorrect phone number, unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, the delivery timeline may exceed our estimated timeframe. For address verification or delivery-related concerns, our team may contact you via the email address or phone number provided at the time of placing the order.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or any delivery issue not caused by A Trillion Smiles, re-shipping charges will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

Please Note: A Trillion Smiles is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inaccessible delivery locations, operational delays, natural events, or force majeure situations. However, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery and keep you informed in case of any unforeseen delays or issues.​​

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

A Trillion Smiles is thoroughly professional and believes in our valued customers' complete satisfaction and pleasure. We leave no stone unturned to ensure that your order reaches the desired destination without any impediment damage or delay.

 

But due to the nature of most of our items, unless they arrive damaged, we can’t accept returns. Hence, we don’t accept returns for Custom/Personalised Orders and Digital Downloads.

For the remaining products, contact us within 5 days of delivery and the items will be shipped within 14 days. The product must be in the same condition as it was received. An unboxing video from the base packaging is a must to claim damages or missing accessories. After understanding the issue further, we would decide to refund or remake the order for you. In case of a refund, the amount will be transferred back within 3-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on the delivery location.

If you are shipping an item over INR500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​​​​

CONTENT SUBMISSION POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

 

For all custom and personalised products (including magazines, newspapers, frames, and similar items), customers are required to submit all necessary content, photographs, messages, and details within 48 hours of placing the order, unless otherwise communicated by our team. To avoid delays or cancellations, we strongly recommend placing an order only once all required content is ready for submission.

As a small business, our production timelines, design allocations, and workflow are carefully scheduled in advance. Delays in content submission can significantly impact ongoing orders and operations. While we may accommodate minor delays at our discretion, repeated follow-ups and prolonged inactivity from the customer’s side are not sustainable for our process.

​

If the required content is not submitted within the requested timeline despite reminders from our team, A Trillion Smiles reserves the right to place the order on hold, cancel the order, or convert the order amount into store credit valid for a limited period. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases, as production slots, planning, and administrative resources are allocated to the order upon confirmation.

​

If work on the order has not yet begun, customers may contact our team to explore the possibility of switching to another product of equal value, subject to approval and feasibility.

​

Any store credit issued will remain valid for up to 2 months from the date of placing the initial order. Failure to utilise the credit within the specified validity period will result in its expiration, and extensions will not be possible.

​

By placing an order for a personalised product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

A Trillion Smiles is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock or available for personalisation and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case may be.

The registered trademark “A Trillion Smiles” is a proprietary trademark of Muskan Agarwal, used under a permitted license by A Trillion Smiles.

The contents of our website and the website as a whole are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any copying, dissemination, reproduction, publication, display or use of the above-said Intellectual Property (IP) Rights, whether partly or in full, without the permission of Muskan Agarwal, is prohibited and will be considered a violation of the IP rights of Muskan Agarwal.

Measurements of handmade and custom-made products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

We endeavour to present the most recent and most accurate information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on our website may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. Please be aware that we present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either express or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your account in the same amount.
